Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of warm acupuncture plus Buyang Huanwu Decoction before and after treatment in the recovery period of stroke patients.The clinical efficacy of warm acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Buyang Huanwu Decoction and common acupuncture plus Buyang Huanwu Decoction before and after treatment were compared,so as to provide effective clinical treatment basis for more stroke patients.Methods:The main research object of the trial was to select 68 patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis type apoplexy,and randomly divided the patients into the experimental group(Warm Needling Moxibustion+ Buyang Huanwu Decoction)and the control group(ordinary acupuncture + Buyang Huanwu Decoction).;(Neural deficits,motor function classification,ability to live)as a therapeutic evaluation criteria before and after treatment.Results: Both groups of treatment have good clinical efficacy for patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis type apoplexy,and the treatment group is superior to the control group,and the curative effect is more significant.There was no significant difference in efficacy evaluation criteria between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the efficacy of the two groups was compared(p<0.05),and the difference between the two groups after treatment was compared(p<0.01).Significant difference.Conclusion: Warm acupuncture combined with Buyang Huanwu Decoction in treating qi deficiency and blood stasis type stroke has obvious curative effect in nerve function,motor function and muscle strength recovery,which can guide clinical treatment.
