| Objective:To discuss curative effect of scalp cluster acupuncture combining rehabilitation on cerebral infarction recovery patients'motor dysfunction, and to provide an effective combination therapy for clinical to improve the recovery of motor dysfunction, and to improve quality of patient's life.Methods:60 cases which were met with inclusion criteria, were randomly divided in to a Scalp cluster acupuncture combining rehabilitation (SR) group and a Nape acupuncture combining rehabilitation (NR) group. Determine curative effect after 2 courses. Observe changes of CNFDS, ADL, simplified Fugl-Meyer and TCD. Statistical analyze with SPSS 13.0.Results:1.Compared within both groups. There were significant differences in CNFDS, ADL, Fugl-Meyer before and after treatment (P<0.01), which indicates that both therapies can improve patient's motor function.2. Compared between the two groups, there were no significant differences in total effective rate of CNFDS before and after treatment (P>0.05), and there were significant differences in good improvement rate (p<0.05), curative effect in SR group was better than NR group.3. TCD shows that Changes of MCA:There were significant differences before and after treatment within both groups (P<0.05), which indicates that mean velocity of MCA were significantly improved. There were significant differences after treatment between the two groups (P<0.05), which indicates that SR group was better than NR group in improving mean velocity of MCA. Conclusion:1.Both SR group and Nr group can effectively improve CNFDS, motor function and activities of daily living of cerebral infarction recovery, which proves the effect of the therapy of acupuncture combining with rehabilitation.2. SR group is better than NR group in improving motor function of cerebral infarction recovery.3. SR group can significantly improve blood supply of MCA, to improve ischemic hypoxia of brain after infarction. |
