Objective To evaluate and compare the effect of Cluster needling of scalp point therapy and cerebral ultrasonic therapy in stroke patients, and to explore the curative mechanism of former method. Methods 60 cerebral infarction patients with motor dysfunction were equally randomized to two groups—cluster needling of scalp point therapy group and Cerebral ultrasonic therapy group.Fugl-Meyer,Bathel Index, nerve disfunction and clinical effect assessment is used to assess the motionfunction, nerve function and daily living ability of cluster needling of scalp point therapy group and cerebral ultrasonic therapy group. Results The clinical observation shows that the total effectivness rate of the cluster needling of scalp point therapy group reach to 90.63% and the total effectivness rate of cerebral ultrasonic therapy group reach to 85.71%. There was not statistics difference between them. But the curing and excellence rate of cluster needling of scalp point therapy group reach to71.88% and the curing and excellence rate of cerebral ultrasonic therapy group reach to 46.43%,and there was significantly difference between them. Conclusions both the cluster needling of scalp point therapy and cerebral ultrasonic therapy have active treatment to cerebral infarction patient's motor dysfunction, they can improve the living quality effectively. Cerebral ultrasonic therapy is traumatic, so it is easyly accepted in clinic.
