Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Ureaplasma Urealyticum Infection With Xiaokangling Ⅱ In Female Genital Tract

Objective:To observe XiaokanglingⅡin the treatment of female genital tract infection of Ureaplasma urealyticum clinical efficacy,and summarize clinical experience treating the disease of Professor HanYanhua.Methods:60 cases of female genital tract ureaplasma urealyticum infection were randomly divided into 2 groups,treatment group,40 patients given XiaokanglingⅡ,20 patients were given azithromycin group,14 days for a course of treatment,observation time is not more than 3 courses of treatment.Results:The synthetic effect:the total effective rate was 90.0% in the treatment groups and was 65% in control group which is difference in efficacy of two drugs(P<0.05); TCM syndromes:the total effective rate was 92.5% in the treatment group and was 65% in the control group.The treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).The treatment.group in improving clinical symptoms is better than the control group.The recurrence rate and incidence of adverse reactions compared with the control group is significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Xiaokangling II in the treatment of Ureaplasma urealyticum infection is an effective drug, compared with azithromycin which has the better efficacy and superior in improving clinical symptoms.In addition,it has low recurrence rate and less side effects which is worthy of further study and clinical application.
