Objectives To investigate the distribution of ureaplasma urealyticum in female patients with genital tract infection. To investigate common antibiotics resistance level and the relationship between resistance and biovars. To provide reference for preventing and treating mycoplasma infection in female reproductive tract, rationally applying antibiotics and reducing the generation of drug-resistant strains. Methods A total of 1045 patients with genital tract infection were collected from tangshan workers' hospital and gynecology clinic of tangshan maternal and child health center from September 2017 to December 2018.Liquid selective culture method was used to conduct selective culture and drug sensitivity experiments on the samples, and then designe 8 pairs of oligonucleotide primers and use real-time PCR to amplify specific DNA fragments to carry out bacterial strain typing. Results 1 A total of 1045 cases,566 cases of ureaplasma urealyticum were positive, with a total positive rate of 54.16%.There were 432 cases of ureaplasma urealyticum infection, the positive rate was 41.33%.Secondly,there were 108 cases of mixed infection of ureaplasma urealyticum and mycoplasma hominis.Mycoplasma hominis infection in 26 cases.2 Among the female patients, the infection rate was highest in females of reproductive age aged 21~30,followed by females aged 31~40,and the difference between different age groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Three female genital tract of ureaplasma urea original body, with the highest percentages of norfloxacin, resistance to 90.74%,followed by other drugs spectinomycin 90.28%,ofloxacin 88.43%,ciprofloxacin 86.57%,sparfloxacin 32.64%,levofloxacin 30.09%,clarithromycin 20.38%,roxithtomycin 13.89%,azithromycin 12.04%,josamycin 3.24%,doxycycline 2.31% and minocycline 1.39%.4 Real-time PCR genotyping: The biovar 1 were dominated by a single serotype, with the highest detection rate of serotype 6,accounting for 66.88% of the total detection rate, followed by serotype 3/14,17.68%,and serotype 1,the lowest detection rate of 11.58%.The biovar 2 were mixed serotypes, and mainly mixed subtypes 2 and 3.6 There were statistically significant differences in the resistance of the two biovars to doxycycline, azithromycin, sparfloxacin, doxamycin and roxithromycin(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the resistance of 3 serotypes to levofloxacin, azithromycin, clarithromycin and roxithromycin in the biovar 1(P<0.05).Conclusions 1 The detection rate of ureaplasma urealyticum in female reproductive tract is related to age,and ureaplasma urealyticum in female is mainly caused by a single serotype 6 infection.2 The resistance of female ureaplasma urealyticum was mainly quinolones. There are different degrees of differences between different biovars of drug resistance. In clinical treatment, minocycline and doxycycline are preferred.Biotyping has reference significance for clinical drug use and avoiding the emergence of drug-resistant strains.Figure10;Table14;Reference134...
