The Research Of The Curative Effect And The Affect Of CTLA-4 Expression On Type Of Blood-Stasis Obstructing In The Interior Of Chronic Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura Patients Treated By The Zidian Shengyu Pulvis

Objective:To observ the clinical effect of ZSP on type of blood-stasis obstructing in the interior of CITP, evaluated the expression of CTLA-4 on T lymphocyte cell in peripheral blood in patients before and after treatment, reveal the pathogenesis of CITP and effect mechanism of ZSP on CITP.Methods:Patients was divided into two groups randomly:the therapy group with ZSP and the control group with prednisone. After treatment for 6 months, observed the curative effect. Flow cytometry was used to measure the levels of CTLA-4 on T lymphocyte cell in peripheral blood mononuclear cells in patients with CITP and normal control subjects before and after ZSP treatment.Results:The ZSP has sure effect and excelled prednisone on Improvement of the symptoms and signs(p<0.05).The platelet count in CITP group showed the same trends that the values were lower than normal controls and increased after treatments. The levels of CTLA-4 in CITP group were significantly lower than that in normal control group (P<0.01). After ZSP treatments, the expressions of CTLA-4 were raised remarkably compared with that before treatments. But the level did not return to normal. The difference was significant compared with normal control group (P<0.01).Conclusion:The curative effect of ZSP on CITP is confirmed. There was Lower expression of CTLA-4 in peripheral blood mononuclear cells from patients with CITP. ZSP may work through modifying the abnormal expression of CTLA-4, whereby regulating immune status so as to achieve remission or even cure CITP.
