Chinese And Western Combined Cycle Therapy Hypotha-Lamus Sex Amenorrhoea Clinical Observation

Objective:To study the hypothalamus amenorrhea (functional hypothalamic amenorrhea, FHA) pathological changes, and consistent on this pathological changes frying the effect of Chinese medicine treatment, so as to provide a new thinking FHA and effective treatment methods.Methods:From August 2009 in January 2011 in heilongjiang university of Chinese medicine on January 2nd affiliated with outpatient medical FHA inclusion criteria and exclusion standard of patients with consistent 60 cases, the treatment frying subtract observed before and after treatment, clinical improvement status, fundamental temperature (BBT), and the patient's body eery serum follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), estrogen (E2) change with SPASS17 statistics system, analyzes the data.Results:Clinical studies showed that:combined with artificial cycle method and traditional western artificially cycle method compares the total effective rate of clinical treatment no significant differences> 0.05; P The treatment group and control group, FSH, LH respective before and after treatment were significant differences between the two groups, but no significant difference; and Treatment, after three treatment discontinuation of two groups during observation, the treatment group obvious recurrence rate lower than in control group (P< 0.01).Conclusion:Functional hypothalamus amenorrhea pathological key lies in the kidney to a disease, kidney Yang, by Chinese medicine to help balance of Yin and Yang in kidney menstrual cycle, western medicine adjustment, so as to achieve the goal of therapeutic management rule, one for clinical effective treatment methods.
