Objective:Explore the correlations between tongue demonstration and D-dimer level in the patients with chronic non-valvular atrial fibrillationMethods:A total of 84 patients with chronic non-valvular atrial fibrillation were chosen. Patients were included 39 males and 45 females, aging 63.93±8.53 years.with duration of AF from 1 year to 30 years.Besides 30 healthy subjects were chosen.Subjects were included 14 males and 16 females, aging60.47±10.31years. The D-dimer level of all subjedts were detected, and tongue demonstration including tongue proper, fur of tongue and veins sublingualis of non-valvular atrial fibrillation ones were observed and collected with digital camera. Analysising the the correlations between tongue demonstration and D-dimer level. Then each index was separately analyzed by using SPSS16.0 package.Results:1. The D-dimer level of the patients with AF was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).2. The difference of D-dimer level between different tongue proper in the AF group has statistically significance; The heightening level of D-dimer was reddish tongue or light white tongue< red tongue or purple-red tongue< purple tongue(P<0.01或P<0.05).3. The difference of D-dimer level between different fur of tongue in the AF group has not statistically significance.4. The difference of course between different veins sublingualis in the AF group has statistically significance; The heightening length of course was Odegree or ldegree< 2degree< 3degree(P<0.01或P<0.05).5. The difference of D-dimer level between different veins sublingualis in the AF group has statistically significance; The heightening length of course was Odegree< 1degree< 2degree< 3degree(P<0.01或P<0.05).Conclusion:1. The D-dimer level of the patients with AF heightens, which indicates prothrombotic state in patients with atrial fibrillation. The risk degree of thromboembolism may be judged by the D-dimer level, which provid reference value for clinical therapy.2. The tongue proper and veins sublingualis of AF has a correlation with D-dimer.The study suggest tongue proper and veins sublingualis may be as a index to value the D-dimer level.3. The veins sublingualis of AF has a correlation with course. The study suggest veins sublingualis may be a correlation with persistence time of atrial fibrillation.
