Objective:To establish the animal modle of rehabalitative t raining and electric acupuncture to repair Spinal Cord transactio n.In order to observe the effect of rehabalitative training and el ectric acupuncture in changing the BBB greding mark and Nogo-Aexpression in the spinal cord, and study the Primary mechanis m on the spinal cord transection.It will Provide the oretical evi dence for the experimentally therapy of the impaired spinal tran sectionMethods:85 helthy adult Wistar rats(female),weight 180-220 g,were divided into 5 group:mormal group(4 rats), sham-operated (12 rats), model contralgroup(12rats), rehabalitative training and electric acupuncture qroup (12 rats) electric acupuncture qroup (12 rats). spinal cord transection at T10 segment of rats.3 day after operaton,training the rats in rehabalitative training and ele ctric acupuncture qroup and electric acupuncture qroup.examinim g BBB gradeing and fixed the pinal cord segment at 3 day,7 d ay,14day,21day,28day after operaton.The expression of Nogo-A in the spinal cord detected by immunohistoehe mical staining and image analysis methods.Results:The hindered walking function were evident to sho w that the spinal cord transection rats model is successeful.The expression of Nogo-A in the unin transected spinal cord was lower.But the expression of Nogo-A was increased in the spina 1 cord after the spinal cord was freezed by the surgen.The expr ession of Nogo-A in the spinal cord after injury was increased at day 3,and further increased to the highest expression at day 7,but the expression of Nogo-A was reduced quickly after that. At the same time,the difference of BBB grading is notable(p<0. 05) when rehabalitative training and electric acupuncture qroup compared with electric acupuncture qroup.It is slao ture in the expression of Nogo-AConclution:1.The expression of Nogo-A was changed in th e spinal cord after the spinal cord injured in rats.It suggested t hat Nogo-A may partieipate in the process of degeneration and regeneration after nerve injury and promote nerv regeneration. B ut the Primary mechanism on the recovery of sPinal cord transe ction need to study in future.2.The function of paralysed limbs can beInhibited by rehab alitative training and electric acupuncture qroup and electric ac upuncture qroup,but the former is better than letter.
