Clinical Research On The Trement Of Liver Granule On Decompensate Hepatitis B Cirrhosis With Liver Strongly Fragrent Spleen Weakness Concurrently Blood Stasis

Objective:To validate the clinical effect of Rougan granule in treating cirrhotic patients following chronic hepatitis B with Liver strongly fragrant spleen weakness concurrently blood stasis and the influence in liver function and hemoglutination function of Decom-pensated hepatitis B cirrhosis.Methods:62 cases with Decompensated hepatitis B cirrhosis were rand-omly divided into the treatment group and control group,the two groups were given the comprehensive treatment,33 cases in treatment group with Rougan granule oral treatment, the other 29 patients in control group were given Complex therapy with fuzhenghuayu jiaonang, treatment course for 12 weeks.At the end,a number of indicators were observed about the patients before and after treatment, such as symptoms, liver function, hemoglutination function, B-type ultrasonic and the safety index.Results:â‘ n treatment group and control group after treatment, clinical symptoms were obviously improved, which were better in the treatment group,there was statistically significant differences between the comparison groups(p<0.05).During the course of treatment of Rougan granule, the symptoms of stalking rib pain, abdominal distension,eat less were obviously improved.â‘¡fter treatment,the AST and ALT of two cases were declined obviously (p<0.05), but which has no significant differences between two groups (p>0.05).â‘¢he difference of PT, PTT,TT and FIB have statistically significant before and after the treatment (p<0.05), but improvement of the treatment group was better than control group (P<0.05).â‘£here was obvious improvement in inside diameter of trunk portal vein,thickness of spleen,inside diameter of spleen vien by B-type ultrasonic,which has statistically signific-ant differences (P<0.05). There was no significant differences between two groups (p>0.05).Conclusion:â‘ Rougan granule can improve clinical effect of patients in a certain extent,who has Decompensated hepatitis B cirrhosis with Liver strongly fragrant spleen weakness concurrently blood stasis, The symptoms and signs of patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis were effectively relieved.â‘¡Rougan granule can reduce serum ALT and AST levels, and it has the influence in hemoglutination function.â‘¢Rougan granule is safe and effective in the clinical application.
