A Clinical Observation Of The Children With Common HFMD Treated By Pattern Indentification Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In Qi Tai He Area Of Hei Long Jiang Province

Objective:Study on the children with Common HFMD treated by patern identification of TCM to observe the clinical efficacy and summairze the characters of Commom HFMD in Qi Tai He area.Methods:The sample of the study is composed of 247 confirmed cases of HFMD in Qi Tai He People's Hospitial,from June to August 2009. Divide the into two groups randomly with 127 in therapy group and 120 in control group.Every group were treated by routine treatment.The therapy group were dvided into 6 types by their main symptoms, associated symptoms, tongue manifestation, pulse condition and infantile hand wenule.The 6 types were pathogenic invading the lung,heat in the lung and stomach,dual blaze of qinutrient,damp-heat gluing and invading,accumulation of heart and spleen and yin damage in the lung and stomach.Different types were treated by differdnt tisane.The control group children were treated by eating Ribavirin Granules l0mg/kg.d.Compaired the length of time of the fever,herpeps,illness and the efficacy of two groups to observe the clinical efficacy of TCM and summarize the characters of Common HFMD treated by pattern identification of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Qi Tai He Area of Hei long jiang province.Consults:There is no obvious diffierence in the clinic efficacy between the therapy group and the control group,but the therapy group was shorter than the control group in the length of time of fever,herpeps and illness. (p<0.05).The children with Common HFMD in Qi Tai He Area can be divided into 6 types,pathogenic invading the lung (41.7%),heat in the lung and stomach (23.1%),dual blaze of qinutrient (3.23%),damp-heat gluing and invading (8.09%),accumulation of heart and spleen (31.6%), yin damage in the lung and stomach (2.02)Conclusion:The treatment of pattern identification of TCM can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of HFMD and shorten the course of disease. The children with Common HFMD in Qi Tai He Area can be divided into 6 types,pathogenic invading the lung,heat in the lung and stomach,dual blaze of qinutrient,damp-heat gluing and invading,accumulation of heart and spleen, yin damage in the lung and stomach.
