| Purpose:By self huazhuo tongfu decoction retention enema to treating wet implication spleen in children with Henoch-Schonlein Purpura-complex (abdominal) observe,Proof of this treatment in clinical application of feasibility,scientific and practical,Thus perfection in the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine on Henoch-Schonlein Purpura in children (abdominal) treatment. So as to contribute to the cause of Chinese medicine in China,so intend to state the problem.Method:he 60 cases of children with random into 2 groups,group and control group,2 groups of symptomatic treatment resistance in Western medicine,based on contrasts:turbidity tongfu decoction retention enema 1 day 1,3rd for 1 course,observer 3 courses.Control group: giving dexamethasone 0.3-0.5mg/kg,adding 5% and glucose injection intravenous infusion of day 1, symptom improvement,according to the gradual reduction to stop the disease.Results:Group heal 18 cases,Excellent 6 cases,effective in 3 cases,total effective rate is 90%;Control group the cure in 13 cases,Excellent 6 cases,effective in 5 cases,total effective rate of 80%.Statistical testing and found P<0.05,Description on two sets of results in statistics there are significant differences,contrasts the total effect is better than the control group.Conclusion: Turbidity tongfu decoction retention enema to treating wet implication spleen in children with Henoch-Schonlein Purpura-complex (abdominal) definite effect,found no toxic side effects in clinical applications.In a clinical study in children with Henoch-Schonlein Purpura (abdominal) treatment of new therapy to provide a safe,convenient,reliable and rich treatment of such diseases,application of a certain value. |
