A Study On TCM Syndromes And Prescriptions Of Henoch--Schonlein Purpura Nephritis And Evaluation Of The Effect Of Integrated Traditional Chinese And Western Medicine

Objective:To study and research by contemporary correlated literatureof traditional Chinese medicine's disciplinary of syndrome type and drug to treat the Henoch-schonlein purpura nephritis.Evaluate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine and westernmedicine on the treatment of Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis systematicly.Methods:Retrieving the published literature included in the standard in the Qinghua Tongfang,Wanfang Database types,VIP Chinese science and technology periodicals database.Summarize the frequency of the basic syndrome types,prescriptions and researched prescriptions' drugs,and analyze the drugs' characteristic of si qi,five flavours,channel entry,effectiveness and so on.Trying to get a law about how to used the drug when treating the HPSN.The drug of used all according to ?Chinese mater-ia medica?of 21 century of nationwide Schools teaching material.Result:1.To collected published articals by the period of time 2003-2016,all together 71.To collect the literatures which were complied with a standard 71 chapters,prescriptions 74(except personal prescription),statistics traditional Chinese drugs 2990.According to zheng differentiation-classification to divided bythe type of wind-heat injuring collaterals,hemopyretic bleeding,dampness-heat to bend over,deficiency of both QI and YIN,asthenia of both the spleen and kidney,liver kidney yin insufficiency,combination of dampness and stagnant blood,deficient spleen failing to control,defensive Qi instability,obstruction of collaterals by blood stasis.2.The prescription has the highest frequency of usage of each syndrome type is Yinqiaosan,Xijiaodihuang decoction,San Ren decoction,Shenqidihuang decoction,Zhenwu decoction,Zhibaidi huang decoction,San Ren decoction and Taohongsiwu decoction,Xijiaodihuang decoction,Guipi decoction,Yupingfengsan,Buyanghuanwu decoction and Taohongsiwu decoction.3.Statistical analysis of drug's Siqi characteristics which has higher frequency of usage shows,Cold drugs use the mostfrequency,Thermophilic drugs use the least frequency.Statisti cal analysis of drug's Wuwei characteristics which has higher frequency of usage shows,Bitter drugs use the most frequency,Sweet taste drugs followed,salty drugs at the lowest frequency.Statistical analysis of drug's Guijing characteristics which has higher frequency of usage shows,Belong to the liver,heart,kidney,lung and spleen meridian.4.Meta-analysis of Treatment of Henoch-Schonlein Purpura Nephritis by Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Result:shows,in the reduction of serum creatinine,the urine erythrocyte count,urinary protein quantification at 24 hours and in improviment of serum albumin levels,the treatment of Chinese and Western medicine are better than simple Western medicine treatment.At the same time it can reduce the occurrence of abnormal liver function,infection,Gastrointestinal reactions and other adverse reactions.Conclusion:1.TCM Syndromes and Prescriptions of Henoch-Schonlein Purpura Nephritis and traditional Chinese medicine on the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease is basically the same.2.The treatments of traditional Chinese medicine prescription for the disease are Yinqiaosan,Xijiaodihuang decoction,Shenqidihuang decotion,Zhenwu decoction,Zhibaidihuang decoction,Sanren decoction,Taohonsiwu decoction,Guipi decotion,Yupingfeng san and Buyanghuanwu decoction.3.Meta-analysis suggested that integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of allergic purpura nephriti-s better than simple Western medicine.
