| Purpose: To study the cerebral edema effect and mechanisms after intracerebral hemorrhage of"Poxuehuayu Tianjingbusui", though the experimental rat to simulate the form of intracerebral hemorrhage, and study out the Naochuxuefang to intervene the rats. Use the wet and dry weight method to determine the brain water content, and to use immuno-histochemical method to detect the change of the regulatory protein Aquapoin-4. Provide the evidence of clinical promotion for the"Poxuehuayu Tianjingbusui"method.Method: The wistar rats 256(male and female in equal, Rat age 3~4 months, Weight 250~330 g) were randomly divided into 6 groups (normal group,sham operation group,model group,low dose of naochuxuefang group,mid dose of naochuxuefang group,high dose of naochuxuefang group). Make a hemorrhage model in rats by injecting autologous blood slowly, put rats to death draw materials by groups on 1 d,3 d,7 d, to observe the change of the water content and AQP4.Result:â‘ Compare with model group, Naochuxuefang group could reduce the water content around the brain organization, has significance difference, P<0.05.â‘¡Compare with model group, Naochuxuefang group could downgrading the expression of Aquapoin-4, has significance difference, P<0.05. But high dose group has very significant difference than model group, P<0.01.Conclusion: NaochuXuefang can reduce the the water content around the brain tissue of rats, and alleviate the cerebral edema in the meantime. NaochuXuefang can lower the expression of Aquapoin-4 surrounding the brain tissue of rats, to against the formation of the cerebral hemorrhage edema. |
