A Comparative Study Of Laparoscopic And Open Resection Of Adrenal Pheochromocytoma

Aim:Explore the curative effect comparison of laparoscopic and open resection of adrenal pheochromocytoma。Methods:Retrospective analysis of 65 patients patients with adrenal of pheochromocytoma in January 2004 to November 2010 at the affiliated provincial hospital of Shandong university.33 cases of laparoscopic resection of adrenal pheochromocytoma;32 cases of open resection of adrenal pheochromocytoma. The times of blood pressure sharply rising, operation time, blood loss, blood transfusion, time of drainage, drainage, postoperative hospitalization days, length of the incision as indexes compared between the two groups, in order to explore the efficacy and safety of laparoscopic and open resection of adrenal pheochromocytomasResults:Between laparoscope group and open group, the operative efficacy is near the same, but the mean operation time, mean blood loss, the number of blood transfusion, mean time of drainage,mean drainage, mean postoperative hospitalization days were significantly lower than open group。Conclusion:Laparoscopic resection of adrenal pheochromocytoma compared with open surgery, the former has the advantages as the smaller pain, smaller trauma, less operation time, and faster recovery etc. Laparoscopic resection of adrenal pheochromocytoma is a very effective operation method.
