Along with our country booming developments of medical and health services, Health care systems are maturing. The medical institutions put forward higher requirement on performance of the testing analysis instruments. The virtual medical instrument is based on the combination of computer software and hardware, It is a new high-tech product that combining the computer technology and modern medical laboratory technology. Also it is the latest direction of the modern medical instruments development.Based on the analysis of the automatic biochemical analyzer at home and abroad, and the development trends of virtual instrument technology. This paper has studied the semi-automatic based on virtual technology according to the characteristics of modern virtual medical equipment.The semi-automatic biochemical analyzer is based on virtual technology with two major parts of hardware and software. Hardware components is including monochromator module, the suction drain module, temperature measurement and control modules, photoelectric conversion module and preamplifier module; The accomplishment of software part is the computer Lab-VIEW software package, divided into main control module, motor drive control module, data acquisition and processing module, analysis module and the result analysis module. Combining the hardware and software.this paper realized the function of semi-automatic biochemical analyzer based on virtual techniques.This system with PC as the core, which make use of virtual instruments data acquisition card NI PCI 6251 and its accessories of collection box NI- SCB - 68, cable to complete the data acquisition, and through the virtual instrument software development tools Lab VIE W8.6 to complete data processing analysis and the design of system control interface.
