With the development of the medical and education level, the requirement for using the instrument in medical diagnosis has been continuously improved. Instrument development today has entered the era of virtual instruments, automation and intelligent of the instrument has replaced the traditional instrument, and become the mainstream of modern electronic technology of medical diagnostic equipment. With the development of medical diagnostic technology, application of simulation system more conducive to learning and mastering abstract modern medical knowledge, clinical experiment instrument accordingly more and more user-friendly and intuitive. Feature enhancements instrument in the same time, reliability and accuracy requirements are more stringent, prompting researchers to use of new technologies consciously to create new products.In the process of Medical diagnosis, training courses, biological signals play an important role. For example, ECG, EEG, EMG, EGG, ECM has wide applications. ECG as a representative of bioelectricity signal has a symbolic effect in the field. Currently,Cardiovascular Disease has gradually become one of the highest mortality disease all over the world. Extracting the electrocardiosignal from the human body and drawing the waveform through the testing instrument is called the clinic ECG. It’s the regular program for judging the Cardiovascular Diseases. Because of the mechanism complexity which generate by the ECG, no matter in the medical education area or clinic reach area, it’s also difficult to solve.ECG is of great significance to the Cardiovascular clinic diagnosis, research and education.This article is according to the present teaching condition of the Medical College. In order to meet the needs of knowledge conduction process between teachers and students.Through the LabVIEW virtual instrument simulation platform to design, operating a simulation system suit for the human bioelectricity signal. In the designing process, we are guided by the modular design concept to divide the system as MIT-BIH ECG Module, ECG Wave Regulation and Storage Module, Heart Rate Drawing and Comparison Module, TCP Network Communication Module. In the specific module process, we do the research on the formation mechanism and its simulation of ECG. Through analysis and exploration of avariety of different types of ECG waveform detection, established a scientific simulation system. It has been validated that the correctness of the theory and the feasibility of simulation design by testing and analyzing. The system and development provide an effective way for the development and application of the clinical trials and the teaching research. It has been achieved the virtual instrument technology and modern medical diagnosis organic synthesis.
