| ObjectiveBased on the enterprise strategic management and hospital strategic management theories, we discussed the definition and analytical methods on hospital strategic planning management in order to perfect research of the hospital A's strategic planning and management. According to the hospital's strategic status, we described the hospital A's mission, perspective and rendered strategic map by using descriptive research with the balanced scorecard so as to providing scientific management methods and instructive suggestions for carrying out the strategy.MethodsLiterature research method:Through collecting relevant enterprise strategic management theory and hospital of strategic management theories materials, we analysed the hospital A strategic planning management method and its process, besides, we obtained the latest trends and progress of the hospital management strategies and measures by analyzing the published professional journals, government policies documents, Internet, books and other data,. At the same time, we further studied the balanced scorecard theory, its using condition at home and abroad, implementation and precautions.Case study method:The hospital A was selected as the main research place, as a typical case and a same regional second-class hospital was chosen as a contrast analysis.Investigation method:To get relevant information about external and internal environment and trade information of hospital strategy development, some investigations were carried out and the results were analyzed, which provided the references for the balanced scorecard based hospital strategies. ResultsFor the survival and development of hospital, we should make and carry out the hospital development strategy from long-term and global interests. This study defined the definition and aim of the hospital strategic planning management, and divided the hospital strategy into general strategy and business strategy.The hospital A's internal and external environment was studied, the external environment of hospital included political, economic, natural, social culture, technology, law and other factors, trade environment included other hospitals, customers and so on. The internal environment included hospital system process, hospital administrators, hospital staff, technology information, hospital culture, and other factors. To balance various factors affected hospital operation hospital may have advantages over the competition status, with the help of maintaining the stability of the internal environment, adaptability of external environment and guiding the hospital planning development strategy.ConclusionAccording to our research, we think that hospital A should follow the difference-oriented and personalized management, especially support those key departments such as cardiovascular department, oncology department and traditional Chinese medicine department, besides, pediatrics and obstetrics and gynecology departments should be given more emphasized and encouraged to develop new fields; generally, hospital A should focus more on expressing the general strategic targets and business goals, improving internal operation mechanism, enhancing the cooperation and communication in order to benefit the hospital's sustainable development. |
