Research On Acrid And Bitter Traditional Chinese Medicines Of Chinese Materia Medica

Under the influence of the acrid and bitter descending method , the thesis deliberates the property rules of acrid and bitter medicines. Using the Chinese Materia Medica as material sources, the thesis collects 1422 acrid and bitter herbal medicines, which are analysed with the method of TCM. We establish the total databases of the acrid and bitter medicines combining with the modern database technology and statistical methods. Moreover, we also establish six relevant sorted databases, including source, property, flavors, channel tropism, efficacy and indications. Through concluding and statistical analysis, we draw the conclusions as follows. Firstly we sum up the property of acrid and bitter medicines. Secondly, we find out that the majority acrid and bitter medicines, which can also relieve pain , have the property of acrid and bitter descending and they also have the same efficacy with compatibility of acrid medicine and bitter medicine in formulas of chinese medicine. As a result of their difference of nature, flaour and attribute,we can conclude that these herbs have different speciality, which also confirms the relativity of the herbs on nature, flaour, efficacy and indications.
