Chapter one Recent advance of diterpenoid alkaloids.The chapter is a summary of the recent advance of diterpenoid alkaloids from Aconitum Linnaeus. This sununary involves three aspects of diterpenoid alkaloids:the chemical constitudents of Aconitum,the pharmacology of diterpenoid alkaloids, the modification of diterpenoid alkaloids and the advance synthetic of the diterpenoid alkaloids.Chapters two study of chemical constitudents of Aconitum handelianum Comber.In this chapter, the chemical constitudents of Aconitum handelianum had been studied. Eleven compounds had been isolated from Aconitum handelianum. And eleven constitudents were elucidated by spectroscopic identification including NMR. The compounds were elucidated:Chasmanine, Talatizamine, Vilmorrianine C, Vilmorrianine-D, Acoforesticine, acoforine, Yunaconitine,14-O-acetylsachacoNitine, acoforestinine, 3-deoxy-8-deacetyl-yunaconitine, Bulleyaconitine A.Chapters three the structure modification of Yunaconitine and Talatizamine.With Yunaconitine as raw materal, in compound three, eight, ninteen and nitrogen atom structure modification; With Talatizamine as raw materal, in compound forteen structure modification, twenty-six modificational derivatives were obtained. Among those compounds, ten compounds are new non-naturally products, and their spectral data were first reported. The researeh of the bioactivity of some compounds were still in progress.
