Background and Objective:Coronary heart disease(CHD) is a major disease hazard to human health,we have paid more and more attention to the pathogenesis with the increase of its incidence. Recent studies have shown that there are many factors associated with the CHD, and metabolic factors, such as glycosylated hemoglobinAlc (HbAlc),are closely linked to it. To determination the level of HbAlc and the level of LDL-C,HDL-C,and BMI etc in the patients with coronary heart disease, and investigate the correlation between the HbAlc and other inflamatory,Discussion the contact the level of HbAlc and the extent of coronary lesions and different situations of glucose metabolism. Methods:To select 193 patients in our hospital from 2009 to 2010 and divide them into four groups,ⅠCHD and DM group(52 patients),ⅡImpaired glucose regulation(IGT or IFG) with CHD group(45 patients)ⅢCHD group(54 patients),ⅣNormal control group (42 patients). HbAlC, C-reactive protein (CRP), TG, high density lipoprotein (HDL-C), low density lipoprotein (LDL-C), body mass index (BMI) and blood pressure were measured in all the patients. Results:1 There are no significant differences in Age,Blood pressure,TG and BMI among the four groups (P>0.05)2 There are significant differences in HbAlc, LDL-C, HDL-C and CRP among the four groups (P<0.05),The level of LDL-C, HDL-C and CRP among the four groups increased in parallel with the increase of HbAlc level, the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05).3 The HbAlc level of groupⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲare:8.77±0.40%,7.25±0.37%,5.78±0.38%,the three-vessel lesions of the three groups are 36%,24%,15%,the coronary artery disease Gensini Points of the three groups are:36.33±15.45,29.73±18.32,18.65±17.56, pairwise comparison showed that the three groups in the extent of coronary lesions are significant differences (P<0.05).4 The groupⅢ,Ⅳshowed that in groupⅢ, the coronary Gensini points<18 points and the points> 18 points of patients with an average HbAlc that are 5.52±0.27%,5.86±0.35%, compared with the 4.83±0.40% in groupⅣ, The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).5 The rank correlation analysis of Logistic showed that the level of HbAl c, LDL-C, C-reactive protein are positive correlation with the extent of coronary lesions of coronary heart disease patients,(P<0.05),the "OR" is 0.394,0.283,0.355 respectively. Conclusion:1 The level of HbAlc, LDL-C, HDL-C, CRP and other traditional cardiovascular risk factors in patients with coronary heart disease have a parallel relationship, and is closely related to the extent of coronary lesions.2 In the abnormal glucose metabolism of patients with coronary heart disease,The three-vessel lesions and coronary artery disease Gensini Points are increase with the increasing of HbAlc level.3 In the normal glucose metabolism of patients with coronary heart disease, the level of HbAlc is aslo positive correlation with the extent of coronary lesions,To the normal glucose metabolism in patients with coronary heart disease,it also have significance.
