Background and objectiveThe endometrium cancer refers primary in an endometrium group of epidermis malignant tumor. It is also known as uterine cancer, more common in postmenopausal women, high age 55-65 years, and most patients with obesity, hypertension, diabetes triad. In recent years, as women live longer and procreate with the concept of change and post-menopausal estrogen replacement therapy widely used, the incidence increased year by year, and age tends to be younger. Therefore, correct evaluation of the preoperative staging of endometrial cancer, the choice of treatment and prognosis has important implications. With the new technology, new methods to carry out, people from the cellular and molecular level multi-level detection of biological characteristics of endometrial cancer, trying to find accurate prognosis of endometrial cancer to determine the biological indicators. Cancer is characterized by two well-known angiogenesis and cell proliferation. Endometrial cancer is no exception. The CD 105 is a marker now been recognized as the best marker of angiogenesis, proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) reflect the high proliferation of tumor cells has been demonstrated in other tumors. Currently, the preoperative diagnosis of endometrial cancer rely mainly by biopsy and imaging studies. the current imaging methods are CT, ultrasound, PET and magnetic resonance, etc., but value of MRI is the maximum. In this study, retrospectively analysing endometrial cancer performance of magnetic resonance imaging and CD105,PCNA expression, the purpose is to study the depth of myometrial invasion of endometrial cancer, cervical involvement, etc.and the relationshiop between them and pathology, molecular biology,to assess their clinical significance, and thus guide the clinical treatment options and determine prognosis of the situationMaterials and methodsCollected the clinical admitted patients with newly diagnosed endometrial cancer in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University,50 cases were confirmed by surgical pathology and MRI, no radiotherapy, chemotherapy and hormone therapy. Control group of normal endometrium in 10 cases. According to FIGO2000 endometrial cancer surgery-pathologic staging, endometrial cancer was phased. Two pathologists diagnosed HE staining of cancer. SP immunohistochemical method detected CD105, PCNA expression in endometrial cancer. GE 1.5T superconducting MR scanner was uesd. Statistical analysis was used:used of SPSS16.0 software analysis, the P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results1 50 cases of endometrial cancer and 44 cases met the diagnostic pathological stage, so the diagnostic accuracy rate was 88%; which I of 36 cases of diagnosis in 31 cases, diagnostic accuracy was 86.1%;Ⅱ8 cases, diagnosis 9 cases, diagnostic accuracy was 88.8%;Ⅲof the 5 cases,5 cases of diagnosis, diagnostic accuracy was 100%.2 30 cases of endometrial cancer, plain and enhanced MRI examination, T2WI consistent staging of endometrial cancer was 80%, Gd-DTPA compliance rate was 86.7%. T2WI, Gd-DTPA the accuracy of myometrial invasion were 84.6% and 96.1%.3 MRI examination of endometrial cancer without infringement of the cervix have a higher sensitivity, diagnostic sensitivity was 71.4%, specificity was 91.7%, accuracy 86%, positive predictive value 76.9%, negative predictive value 89.1%.4 Normal endometrium and endometrial cancer group ADC values compared with normal endometrium values higher than endometrial cancer group, P<0.05, statistically significant; three pairwise comparisons between, both statistics Significance.5 In the MRI of the period of endometrial cancer, CD105, PCNA expression differences (P<0.05); CD105 expression was positively correlated with MRI staging (r=0.79, P<0.05); PCNA expression was positively correlated with the MRI stage (r=0.76, P<0.05).6 CD105 average expression index 30.09±8.71, PCNA positive average number of 45.04±3.00, CD105 expression and PCNA expression was positively correlated (r =0.828, P<0.05).Conclusions1 According to conventional unenhanced MRI, T2WI, and DWI dynamic enhanced performance, improved staging of endometrial cancer diagnosis and the depth of muscular invasion and cervical invasion diagnosis.2 CD 105, PCNA expression and MRI staging of endometrial cancer was positively correlated;CD105, PCNA expression in Endometrial cancer was also correlated.3 MRI features in endometrial tumor, such as,depth of mymometrial invasion,if not cervical infiltration, if not lymph node metastasis, have clinicial value of evaluating tumor's Proliferation and sangiogensis.
