Research Purpose:Applying F-FDG SPECT/CT(18F-FDG coincidence single photon emission computed tomography/multi-detector computed tomography) skill, which is in order to assess the effect of breast cancer chemotherapeutic. This thesis attempts to analyse the coherence among different TCM syndrome types, the effect of breast cancer chemotherapy, T/B value.Research Method:By means of pathological diagnosis of the patients with metastatic breast cancer, according to the standard of exclusion and acceptance, there are total 80 patients will be discussed and studied. The patients are examined before chemotherapy and 7 days after the second cycle of chemotherapy. The examined results are recorded. Analysing the differences of breast cancer chemotherapeutic effect of various TCM syndrome types, we conclude that the sum values of T/B value and Lesions maximum diameter by the standard of RECIST is different. It is also to discuss the coherence of TCM syndrome type, the sum values of T/B value and various effects.Research Results:1. The effective rates of breast cancer with various TCM syndrome types are as follows:The Objective remission rates are 70%,55.56%,30.95%, comparing the cured results of stagnation of liver phlegm congealing, contract Chongren imbalance. They are also obviously different(p=0.002). To compare the deficiency of healthy energy and sthenia of toxicity with stagnation of liver phlegm congealing and Chongren imbalance, the results are also different:P1=0.001, P2=0.042. Moreover, the cured effect has no difference between stagnation of liver phlegm congealing and Chongren imbalance(P=0.254).2. First of all, comparing stagnation of liver phlegm congealing, Chongren imbalance and deficiency of healthy energy and sthenia of toxicity, the detailed data was as follows:(1) Baseline T/B values are 5.15±3.63,5.29±2.10,9.45±3.59; (2)T/B value after chemotherapy:2.96±2.72,3.58±3.02,8.29±4.90; (3)△T/B:2.19±1.98,1.71±2.40,1.16±4.33; (4)R△T/B:43.30±29.50,33.28±35.98,9.42±48.67. Secondly, on the basis of comparing deficiency of healthy energy and sthenia of toxicity with stagnation of liver phlegm congealing and Chongren imbalance, we could recognize that the P value is also varied. Baseline T/B value:(P=0.000,0.000); T/B value after chemotherapy:(P=0.000.0.000);△T/B:(P=1.000,0.821) and R△T/B(P=0.003,0.022). Thirdly,in the light of comparing stagnation of liver phlegm congealing with Chongren imbalance, the statistical parameter demonstrated that the P value is changed. Baseline T/B value:(P=0.478); T/B value after chemotherapy:(P=0.290);△T/B:(P=0.806) and R△T/B(P=0.496). Last but not least, the P values of different TCM syndrome types are varied. Baseline T/B value:(P=0.000); T/B value after chemotherapy:(P=0.000);△T/B:(P=0.004) and R△T/B(P=0.965).3. In the chemotherapy groups, the effective group contains 37, and the ineffective group includes 43. The studied statics is as follows:CR+PR group:Base line T/B(6.30±2.77), T/B after chemotherapy(3.19±1.98),△T/B(3.11±1.60),R△T/B(50.63±17.92). Meanwhile, the data of group SD+PD are as follows:Base line T/B(8.41±4.49), T/B after chemotherapy(8.23±5.22),△T/B(0.19±4.07),R△T/B(-0.30±46.39). Furthermore, the P values respectively are 0.045,0.000, 0.000 and 0.000.4. The closed coherence between R△T/B and R△D is as follows:Rs=0.817,P=0.000.Conclusions:1. For breast cancer, the effects of different TCM syndrome types are:stagnation of liver phlegm congealing>Chongren imbalance>deficiency of healthy energy and sthenia of toxicity.2. Comparing the CR+PR with the SD+PD, the base line T/B(CR+PR)<the base line T/B(SD+PD). Meanwhile, the base line T/B has been used to predict the effect of chemotherapy.3. The base line T/B value of breast cancer is associated with TCM syndrome type.4. There is a well consistence between R△T/B and CT on assessing therapeutic effect.
