Study On Dependablity Between Depressed Vital Energy Body Constitution Of Perimenopausal Period And The Tongue Cast-off Cell Maturation Index, Maturation Value, Sexual Hormone, Anti-mullerian Hormone, Inhibin-B

Objective:The main subject is to study the dependablity of the sex hormones, anti-Mullerian hormone, inhibin B and cast-off cells of tongue maturation index, maturation value between the depressed vital energy and the peace body constitution of perimenopausal women, and to improve the depressed vital energy of perimenopausal women's quality of life with adjusting the body through the early ways.Methods:1.The researching object:To choose the perimenopausal women who come to the medical examination center of Fujian Provincial Hospital for health examination between 40 to 55 years old, and fill in the questionnaire of body constitution, meanwhile the result is depressed vital energy and the peace body constitution. And divided into three teams, premenopausal period, menopausal transition prophase, menopausal transition advanced stage. Each period of each team involves 30 examples. Videlicet there're 90 cases in perimenopausal depressed vital energy team and 90 cases in peace body constitution team. Altogether there are 180 cases.2.The observing index:To measure serum FSH,LH,E2,PRL and InhB, AMH concentrations of venous blood before breakfast on the 3rd to 5th day of menstrual cycle in not menopausal women, and any time in the postmenopausal women. And to observe the tongue cast-off cell maturation index, maturation value in Papanicolaou stain.Results:1.In the depressed vital energy and the peace body constitution of perimenopausal women, E2,PRL,AMH,InhB and the tongue cast-off cell maturation index of the ecderon cell, maturation value show a decreasing trend, and have the significantly meaning(P<0.01). FSH, LH and the tongue cast-off cell maturation index of the intermediate cell show a increasing trend, and have the significantly meaning(P<0.01).2.In the depressed vital energy of perimenopausal women team, E2,PRL,AMH,InhB and the tongue cast-off cell maturation index of the ecderon cell, maturation value show a decreasing trend than and the peace body constitution team, and have the significantly meaning(P<0.01). And FSH, LH and the tongue cast-off cell maturation index of the intermediate cell show a increasing trend, and have the significantly meaning(P<0.01).Conclusion:1.The depressed vital energy is one of most important factor for perimenopausal period women.2.The tongue cast-off cell maturation index, maturation value could be one of general reference index which could decide and regulate depressed vital energy of perimenopausal period.
