Objective Analyzing the Evolution of serum follicle stimulating hormone?FSH?,serum cholesterol?TC?,serum hemoglobin?HB?and body mass index?BMI?in 500 women aged 4060 years old.Analysis,scoring and judgment of TCM constitution in another 500 women aged 4060 years old.Research about the related indicators of the physical evolution of women in special life stages before and after the menopause from different angles.Methods 1.Research method?1?According to the method of multi-stage cluster random sampling,Analysis of serum follicle stimulating hormone?FSH?,serum cholesterol?TC?,serum hemoglobin?HB?and body mass index?BMI?in 500 women aged 4060 years and 150 women of reproductive age from December 1,2016 to July 30,2017.Serum FSH?detected by the American Beckman company providing hormone kit?.Serum TC,serum HB?detected by American LX20 Beckman automatic chemiluminescence analyzer?.BMI?measured by the MDSIN Maison quality human body fat meter TBF-418B?TANITA?to measure the height,weight and BMI of medical examiners?.?2?The analysis and scoring of the"Classification and Judgment of TCM Constitution"published by the Chinese Medicine Association of China April 9,2009for analysis,scoring and judgment in 500 women aged 4060 years from November1,2016—June 30,2017.?3?Observing separately the changes of Serum indicators and TCM constitution during 20 years,10 years,and 5 years.2.Grouping method according to the objective laws of evidence-based medicine,himself through the statistical analysis,the growth period of 20 years of 4060 years old women and women FSH,TC,HB,BMI level differences statistically significant?P<0.05?,in order to further explore their changes of frequency and time limit,we have conducted a series of 10 years group and 5 years group,in 10 years group,two groups of 4060 years old women and the growth of FSH,TC,HB,BMI level differences statistically significant?P<0.05?;In the 5-year group,there were statistically significant differences in FSH,TC,HB,and BMI between the four groups of women aged 40 to 60 years old who underwent physical examination and women of reproductive age?P<0.05?,which were smaller than the 5-year were 4650 years old;149 cases in G5 group were 5155 years old;144cases in H5 group were 5660 years old.Results 1.there were statistically significant differences in FSH,TC,HB and BMI between women aged 40-60 and women of reproductive age in 20 years?P<0.05?.2.There were statistically significant differences in FSH,HB and BMI between group A100 and women of reproductive age?P<0.05?,while there was no statistically significant difference in TC level between the two groups?P>0.05?.The differences in FSH,TC,HB and BMI between B10 group and women of reproductive age were statistically significant?P<0.05?.There were statistically significant differences in FSH,TC and HB between groups A10 and B10?P<0.05?,and no statistically significant differences in BMI?P>0.05?.During the 10-year period,FSH,TC,HB and BMI of group A10 and group B10 showed a continuous progressive increase with age.3.There were statistically significant differences in FSH,HB and BMI between the A5 group and women of reproductive age?P<0.05?,but no statistically significant differences with the HB level.There were statistically significant differences in FSH,TC and BMI between B5 group and women of 73.4%?367/500?,and the average quality accounted for 26.6%?133/500?,and there was a Statistically significant?P<0.05?.6.In the first 10 years,the top three in the biased constitution are 19.8%?41/206?of qi deficiency,13.5%?26/206?of yin deficiency,and 10.6%?22/206?of yang deficiency.The three are yin deficiency 27.0%?79/294?,qi deficiency 12.6%?37/294?and yang deficiency 12.6%?37/294?,and moist heat 7.8%?23/294?.There were Statistically significan in yin deficiency and qi deficiency in the first 10 years?P<0.05?.7.In the five years,the biased constitution of the life prime number of women changes.During this period,FSH,TC,HB and BMI increase continuously due to ovarian function decline and metabolism slowing down.2.The perimenopausal women's TCM constitution is dominated by partial physique.After 40 years old,the proportion of 8 kinds of partial physique can be gradually changed from qi deficiency to yin deficiency.The first 10 years of 4060years old women,C10 group,eccentric qi deficiency is the first place.In the last 10years,the D100 group was the first in terms of yin deficiency,which was consistent with the 7years life evolution cycle of women before and after the break.
