| Objective:Observed the impact of the advanced gastric cancers' quality of life, who therapy of WeiAi-1-Prescription joint Capecitabine, Assessment of its status and advantages, and then provide a scientific basis for its clinical application and further researches.Method:All the patients are from the Chinese Medicine Hospital of Changzhou City. They are accepted by strict standards according to the research. The 47 accepted cases are divided into two groups, the treatment group with 24 cases and the control group with 23 cases. The treatment group are treated by WeiAi-1-Prescription joint Capecitabine, the control group are treated by Capecitabine, the course of the treatment lasts for 42 days. Then the size of the tumor,quality of life,TCM points and hand-foot syndrome are measured in all the cases before and after the treatment. At last, analyze the efficacy and the safety of the two'therapies with all these data.Results:In the size of the tumor, the change of it is not with signification (p>0.05);In the quality of life,the treatment group is more obvious than that in the control group(p<0.05);In the TCM points,in the treatment group,5 cases markedly,16 cases of effective,the overall response rate was 91.30%,in the control group,2 cases markedly,4 cases of effective,the overall response rate was 29.17%(p<0.05);In terms of physical strength,the improvement in the treatment group and the improvement in the control group are marked (p<0.05);In terms of toxicity reaction,two groups are not found.Conclusion:The WeiAi-1-Prescription joint Capecitabine can increase the advanced gastric cancers'quality of life, Improve the TCM points, Reduce the hand-foot syndrome;Further illustrates that Chinese medicine combined with chemotherapy can significantly improve the quality of life of patients and improve efficacy. |
