Objective:Through the observation of siwu tang for Hypomenorrhe syndrome, evaluation the clinical curative effect of siwu tang; And monitoring the changes of hormones before and after treatment, this subject discusses siwu tang on the influence the hormones of Hypomenorrhe syndrome, which is the study for siwu tang to treatment Hypomenorrhe syndrome, which is provides new path of mechanism of action.Methods:All cases were outpatient clinic in nanjing university of traditional Chinese medicine of 1st affiliated hospitals (Jiangsu provice of TCM). Which were from the 2010 February to 2011 February. Cases were sieved according to diagnostie, internalize and depletion eriteria. Totally have 42 case inall,which were give siwu soup that the treatment carry through 3 months. The therapeutie effeets were evaluated through comparing difference of FSH,LH,PRL,E2,T,side-effeets of drugs between before and afte rtreatment. According to criterion of therapeutical effect of conclusion that analyze siwu soup of effectiveness and analysis siwu tang were effetect hormones.Results:1,Menstrual improvement:42 patients after treatment, in normal menstrual quantity,8 cases (19.04%),10 cases who are significantly increased (23.80%), slightly increase in 15 cases (35.71%), according to statistics, the total effective sickness points for 78.57%.2,clinical cure rate 21.42%, significant efficiency 35.71%, effectiveness 28.57%. the total effective rate 85.71%.3,siwu soup can obviously reduce FSH,PRL level, rise the level of E2,and T,LH no obvious difference。Explain siwu tang for follicular period of FSH,E2,PRL of a significant reduction.4, Treatment process not found side-effects and adverse reactions.Conclusion:1,Siwu tang for Hypomenorrhe of blood deficiency syndrome which could increased Menstrual quantity and effective improve symptom which were distinct after treatment.2,Before and after the treatment times compared P=0.00 issuing points before and after<0.05, and the more obvious clinical significance.3,siwu tang for Hypomenorrhe of blood deficiency syndrome that have important symptom and minor symptom which were cause to effective improve.4,siwu tang can obviously reduce hormones of FSH,PRL level rise the level of E2,and T,LH no obvious difference,which were explain siwu for follicular period of FSH,E2,PRL which were have significant reduction.5,siwu tang in the treatment of months did not appear adverse reactions, clinical application to compare safety.
