Observe The Clinical Efficacy Of The Jianpi Huayu Traditional Chinese Medicine Method Comnined With Transarterial Chemoembolization In The Liver Cancer

Objektive:This study is based on the experience of professor Shao Ming who summarizes it from the clinical treatmeat of primary hepatic cancer.Its aim is to observe the clinical efficacy of the Jianpi Huayu traditional Chinese medicine method comnined with the chemotheapy in the liver cancer.There is also some discussion about the treatment of liver cancer,that integrating the Chinese medicine and wester medicine.Methods:In this study,random in an open-styie approach is used to observe the clinical efficacy.In this sthdy,40 patients with liver cancer were included,who were outpatient or inpatient in Nan Jing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine First Affiliated Hosipital.20 patients for comparison were given TACE and after the iatreusis were given the best treatment.20 patients were given the Jia Pi Qua Yu traditinal Chinese medicine method combinedTACE for reseach, four treatment courses with28±2days for eaeh.oughobserving, through observing, the changes before and after treatment in clinical symptom, bodyweight, Karnofsy score, tumor Progress change,liver foundion,AFP,survival rate and so on.we futher studied the efficacy of Jia Pi Hua Qu traditional Chinese medicine method combined withTACE. Results:The study shows:(1)The curative effect of tumor and the improvement of clinical symptoms are better in treatment group(P<0.05). (2)The treatment group is better than the control group in liver foundation inproving(P<0.05).This indicates that Jian Pi Hua Yu trational method in combination with chemotherapy can made liver found better. (3)After treatment,the life quality of the treatment group is significantly better than the one of the control group(P<0.05).This indicates that the integration of chemotherapy and Chinese herbal medicine can improve or increase patients'living quality.(4)The serum AFP of both groups decreased,however,the treatment group decreased more than the control group(P<0.05).This indicates that Jian Pi Hua Yu trational method in combination with chemotherapy can reduce the level of AFP better. In conclusion:In comparison to pure chemotherapy when treating primary cancer,the integrated treatment of Jian Pi Hua Yu trational method in combination with chemotherapy does show better clinical effect. It shows the effects in repressing tumor growing,improving the clinical symptom,,increasing the living quality of patients,and improving the liver function, reduce AFP lever in blood etc.This research embodies the characteristics and advantages of the combination of traditional Chinese medicine with western medicine,and further guides the clinical treatment of the liver cancer.lt provides a new choice for treatment for liver cancer in the future.
