Objective:The present study was aimed to investigate the comparative on anti-infection effects between different preparation technological of gegenqinlian decoction. We find the different preparation technological of traditional recipe can lead to the change of its active ingredients and the differences in its efficacy. We can find a new way to the secondary development of traditional recipeMethods:1. Preparate three different Gegenqinlian Decoction:MD, SD, EAI.2.Selected ten kinds of standard strains of bacteria and intestinal bacteria.3.the progress experiment3.1 Antibacterial medicine experiment3.2 Inhibition experiments with serum3.3 Anti-infection experiments in vivoResult:1.Different inhibitory effect of Chinese medicine liquid, MD, SD, EAI compare the three, P<0.01, significant differences exist; SD inhibition than MD, P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant; EAI large inhibition in MD, P<0.01, significant differences exist between the two 2.Inhibitory effect of serum containing different, MD, SD, EAI compare the three, P<0.01, significant differences exist. Inhibitory effect of SD and MD were no significant differences; EAI inhibition than MD, P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant.3. Acute inflammation of mouse ear Alleviation, MD, SD, EAI compare the three, P<0.01, significant differences exist. SD was larger than MD, P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant. EAI was larger than MD, P<0.01, significant differences exist between the two.Conclusion:1. liquid on the ten kinds of Chinese strains are inhibited,2. No inhibitory effect of the control group. EAI strongest.3. three kinds of preparation Gegenqinlian Decoction on the role of local inflammation relief EAI strongest.
