Secondly,the forming technology of contents, sedimentation volume ratio,liquidity and anew dispersion were used as indexes,the type and amount of the excipient were screened by using single factor exploration. Thirdly, capsuleshelltechnology,viscosity, disintergration time were used as indexes to choose the suitable technological parameters.In the research of quality controlling standard, the method of detemination of Ginsenoside Rgl in preparation was established.The TLC methods to identify Rheum palmatum L, Notoginseng and Oxbile were also established. At last, the general quality of preparation were checked.The results of research indicated that the soft capsule preparation technology was reasonable, feasible, stable and constrolable.
