| Objective:To oberserve the therapecitic effects and safety of oraladministration and acupoint application with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of deficiency of the liver and kidney concurrently with cold-damp arthralgia syndrome ankylosing spondylitis,and to explore the mechanism of action in order to provide futher exploration of Chinese and Westerm medicine in the treatment of AS with a safe and effective programs.Methods:Chooses 60 cases masculine patients which to conform to the inclusive criteria of the AS as the research object.Followed the principle of randomization,60 clinical cases were divided into a treatment group and a control group.The treatment group was treated with oraladministration and acupoint application with traditional Chinese medicin,the control group was treated with SASP.The treatment lasted for 3 months.Through the treatment,the following parameters were observed:duration of back early morning stiffness (EMS),the degree of peripheral joint swelling,the degree of pain,ESR,CRP,the routine blood and urine test as well as the liver and the renal function test were observed.Results:Significant improvements were observed in the most of indicators,also the treatment group was equal to the control group (P>0.05).The total effective rate in the treatment group was 70.00%,and the control group was 73.33%. (P>0.05)Conclusion:The treatment group was equal to the control group. Oraladministration and acupoint application with traditional Chinese medicine is effective and safe on the treatment of deficiency of the liver andkidney concurrently with cold damp arthralgia syndrome AS. |
