Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Axial Ankylosing Spondylitis With Jiaji Point Bloodletting Puncture And Tiansui Pill

ObjectiveTo observe the therapeutic effect and mechanism of Jiaji point puncture and bloodletting combined with filling pulp pill in the treatment of axonal ankylosing spondylitis,and to provide theoretical basis for clinical treatment of this disease.MethodsSixty patients with mid-axis ankylosing spondylitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.TCM syndrome scores and signs scores were observed and recorded,and laboratory indicators(ESR,CRP)were detected.The control group was given oral sulfasalazine enteric-coated tablets,0.25 g each time in the first week,0.5 g from the second week,0.75 g from the third week until the end of the course,three times a day.Celecoxib capsules,1 tablet once,2 times a day.The treatment group was given blood letting at Jiaji acupoint(once a week).Combined with oral Tiansui pills,5 g once and 2 times a day for 2months,After the treatment,we observed and recorded the TCM syndrome integral and sign integral of the patients again,and detected the laboratory indicators of the patients(ESR and CRP).The results were compared and analyzed by statistical methods to see whether the results were meaningful.Results1.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33% and that of the control group was 76.67%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).2.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67% and that of the control group was 83.33%.There was a statistical difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).3.Comparisons of TCM syndrome scores: There was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P < 0.05),indicating that the twotreatment methods can improve TCM syndrome of patients with ankylosing spondylitis;there was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).4.Main signs comparison: There was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P < 0.05),indicating that both methods could improve the patient’s physical signs;there was no significant difference in the occipital wall distance between the two groups(P > 0.05),but there was significant difference in thoracic activity,Schober test,VAS score and so on(P < 0.05).5.Laboratory index comparison: There was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P < 0.05),indicating that both methods could improve the indexes of ESR and CRP;there was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).ConclusionThe blood letting at Jiaji acupoint combined with filling Tiansui pills can significantly improve the symptoms of lumbosacral pain,improve the main signs such as occipital wall distance,chest activity,Schober test,VAS score,and reduce inflammatory indicators such as C-reactive protein and erythrocyte sedimentation.It is safe,effective and effective.It is worth further clinical study.
