The Preliminary Screen Research And Initial Screening Of Parts Of The Diuretic Lepidium Apetalum Pharmacognosy

This paper mainly preliminary screen the basic research and initial screening of parts of the diuretic Lepidium Apetalum Pharmacognosy, at the same time describing the characters of Lepidium Apetalum's and Descurainia Sophia's drying seeds and comparing the content of their chemical compositions.The subject identify garden cress by using identification of the original plant, morphological identification and microscopic identification;the subject determined maximum absorption wavelength for the extract of seedand whole grass for garden cress by HPLC, the experiment also compared chemical composition of garden cress.it shows that consists of garden cress have a big difference; at the same time,determinating the content of totle flavonoids and Polysaccharide of Lepidium Apetalum's whole plants by UV.The experiment also measured the contents of ash, acid insoluble ash and loss on drying for garden cress referring to PRC Codex(2010)Ⅰappendix.The subject also measured the contents of heavy metals, trace elementsfor garden cress by using UV spectrophotometry and atomic spectrophotometry.The subjectprovided evidence for quality control method and making medicinal materials quality standard for garden cress.The subject compared contents of carbohydrate, total flavonoids and fatty oil to south pepperweed seed and north pepperweed seed by using GC–MS and UV spectrophotometry.The subject selected the different extract of the seed and the whole grass aboutdiuretic effect by using rat metabolism method. It shows that the water extract of the whole grass of garden cress has significant diuretic effect.The water extractof the seed has more diuretic effect than the alcohol extract. The alcohol extract has littlediuretic effect. The water extract of the whole grass excreted Na~+,K~+,Cl~- in 6 hour is the most. Significant differences are statistically significant. (P<0.01). The water extract and alcohol extract of the seed promoted the excretion of Na~+,K~+,Cl~- in the urine of the rats. The alcohol extract of the whole grass has little significant effect.The different extract of seed and whole grass for garden cress has significant differencein the diuretic effect of rats.The water extract of the whole grass has increased degreefor retention of water and sodium rat excretion of water and electrolyte than the different extract of the seed. But the alcohol extract of the whole grass has little diuretic effect.Distinguishing Lepidium Apetalum's and Descurainia Sophia's drying seeds by traits to avoid confusion.Comparing the fat oil composition totle flavonoids and sugar of Le pidium Apetalum and Descurainia Sophia by GC-MS and UV.This experimental study provides the basis of the Lepidium Apetalum's and Descurainia Sophia's development quality controling and the using of these herbs,in orde to find out the source of new drugs.
