Purpose: To report a research on the treatment of deficiency of the spleen and kidney premenopause dysfunctional uterine bleeding with traditional Chinese medicine an lao tang, and summarize the current progress, for the disease provides a useful basis.Method: The clinical data of 30 cases with premenopause dysfunctional uterine bleeding were selected based on selection criterions, exclusion criterions and scoring standards for selection. I used the method of benefitting the sleen and kidney, and gave the Chinese medicine an lao tang to treat these patients, to observe the curative effect.Result: From 30 cases of bradymenorrhea, 2cases were cured(6.67%), 13cases showed excellence(43.33%), 12 cases showed effectiveness(40%), and 3 cases was ineffective(10%). The effective rate was 90% of all the cases. Its therapeutic effect is remarkable. The symptoms before and after treatment, there are statistically significant (P <0.05). The time of the vagina bleeding and efficacy of correlation analysis, there are statistically significant (P <0.05). Correlation between couse of disease and efficacy analysis, no statistical significance (P> 0.05).Conclusion: The Chinese medicine an lao tang can staunch the premenopause dysfunctional uterine bleeding, and the efficacy of it is reliable, and achieve higher efficiency, without evident side effects.
