Objective: Lumbar intervertebral disc treated by integrated therapy of traditional Chinese medicine clinical research of clinical efficacy and safety of various treatment methods for low back pain, as the basis for a program for the further optimization of diagnosis and treatment.Method: Clinical selection met the inclusion criteria of 116 patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation, randomly divided into treatment of 58 cases, control groups in 58 cases. Treatment with integrated traditional Chinese medicine therapy, oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine, treatment and herbal fomentation; control group treated with traction and observation of curative effect of two groups and have no adverse effects.Result: Through clinical research and statistical treatment, after treatment, the treatment of 58 cases of group cured 15 cases of 25.86%, Excellent 21 cases of 36.21%, effective 17 cases of 29.31%, invalid 5 cases of 8.62%, total effective rate of 91.38%, control group total effective rate of 82.75%, effect of satisfaction and better than the control group.Conclusion: Application this clinical validation program can smooth Meridian, Shu reinforced solutions zhijing, and Qi pine muscle, and promote blood week flow, while by practices change highlight spinal cord nuclear location, pine solutions neural root and disc adhesion, elimination neural root edema, improve local microcirculation, effective of mitigation patients lumbocrural pain symptoms and the lower limb numb symptoms, on direct leg elevation, positive signs also has obvious improve, while follow-up patients Basic are can normal life and work, on treatment satisfaction of higher.
