Professor Yao Xinmiao's Clinical Experience In Preventing And Treating Lumbar Disc Herniation And Clinical Research On The Combined Use Of Acupuncture And Medicine

Objective: To summarize the academic thought and clinical experience of Professor Yao Xinmiao in the treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation(LDH).And observe the use of Professor Yao Xinmiao acupotome treatment combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment of LDH clinical curative effect.Methods: Through the practice with the teacher,we recorded the medical records of Professor Yao Xinmiao and analyzed the medical records of the complete records of the diagnosis and treatment.On the academic thinking and clinical evidence of Professor Yao Xinmiao's philosophical thinking,Experience summary of the stage;Professor Yao Xinmiao outpatient and Third Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University Third Hospital disc herniation LDH patients treated with acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment of clinical observation.A total of 119 patients with lumbar disc herniation were enrolled in this study.Patients with acute inflammatory stage,subacute stage and chronic periodontitis were respectively treated with "cheongsam,Huangtang " and other traditional Chinese medicine treatment were recorded before and after treatment,respectively,14 days,21 days,28 days of VAS and JOA for the observation indicators,the clinical efficacy of three groups before and after observation and comparison and evaluation.Results:1.Philosophical speculationProfessor Yao Xinmiao's thinking on this disease has the characteristics of differentiation of symptoms and signs of traditional Chinese medicine,as well as the theory of universal connection in the materialist dialectics of philosophy.Taking the holistic view of Chinese medicine as the foundation,adhering to the principle that "practice is the only criterion for testing truth",the truth is found in practice and the truth is validated in practice.Thus,in the research field of degenerative spine diseases related to injury,Independent form a complete,systematic and innovative system of academic thought,which is a typical case of a good combination of Chinese and Western medicine.Professor Yao is also a pioneer and forerunner in the new field of clinical diagnosis and treatment of lumbar disc herniation.2.From the ribs on governanceIs lumbar disc prolapse injured muscle disease of traditional Chinese medicine,therefore,emphasis on "reinforcement" treatment should be throughout the course of the disease include "bar,soft,strong gluten" three aspects,the needle knife ideas and concepts,techniques and rehabilitation treatment was summarized.3.Rule from the windProfessor Yao Xinmiao has been focusing on "treating wind from the wind" when dispensing prescriptions,focusing on the "wind" and "tendons".During the three stages of the development of lumbar disc herniation,the experience of using the drug is as follows: acute inflammation period To Taohong Siwu Tang as the base,the subacute period to live alone parasitic soup as the base,the chronic adhesion phase of Liu Wei Di Huang Tang as the base,the addition and subtraction of the cut,silt scattered,the wind elimination,wet cured,virtual relief Co-ordination.4.The clinical efficacyProfessor Yao Xinmiao acupotome combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment of lumbar disc herniation significant effect,after treatment(acute inflammation in patients on the 14 th day after treatment;subacute patients on the 21 st day after treatment;patients with chronic adhesions on the 28 th day after treatment)patients VAS pain scores compared to a significant reduction.Three groups before and after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01).JOA score was significantly higher in patients after treatment(14 days after treatment in patients with acute inflammation;21 days after subacute patients;28 days after treatment in patients with chronic adhesion).Three groups before and after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01).Conclusion:Professor Yao Xinmiao acupotome combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment of lumbar disc herniation can improve the main clinical symptoms and signs of lumbar disc herniation patients and improve the quality of life and disease overall effect.Has the advantages of simple,convenient,safe,less toxic and side effects and high efficiency,it is worth clinical promotion and application.I hope this study and conclusion can make a certain contribution to the treatment of the disease.
