Objective:Through analyzing the blood lipid feature of the patients of CHD of different sex, different ages, different extent of involvement of coronary artery, to provide evidence for clinic intervention of Blood-Lipid Disorder. Methods:We choose 212 patients who were definitely diagnosed of CHD by coronary arteriography(CHD group),and 210 patients whose coronary artery were normal or the diameter of the dominant coronary artery reduced≤20%(control group),from January,2010 to August,2010.We use retrospective study to compare the blood lipid feature of patients of CHD group with control group, and analyze the blood lipid feature of patients of CHD of different sex, different ages, different extent of involvement of coronary artery, study Risk Factors relating to CHD. The blood lipid was detected by automatic biochemistry analysor and its supporting reagents of Baker's company of America. Results:Among the 212 CHD patients, the incidence was 2.21:1 between male and female. There were 146 male patients, accounted for 68.87%, the average age was 59.08±10.83.There were 66 female patients, accounted for 31.31%, the average age was 64.62±9.55.The number of the male patients was more than the number of the female's, there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).The mean age of the female was older than the male's, there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).The age group with the highest morbidity of both the male and the female was 50-59,there were 79 patients(accounted for 37.26%);there were also many male patients between 30-39,40-49 old group; the mean age of the female patients was often≥50, the female patients accounted for more and more at the same age group with age. The level of TG of the CHD group was higher than the control group, there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05); the level of TC of the CHD group was higher than the control group, there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05); the level of HDL-C of the CHD group was lower than the control group, there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05); the level of LDL-C of the CHD group was higher than the control group, there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01). The incidence was 1.82:1 between male and female CHD patients who were older than 50,included 118 male patients, accounted for 64.48%,the average age was 62.42±8.93;65 female patients, accounted for 35.52%,the average age was 64.89±9.36.The number of the male patients was more than the female's, there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01); the male patients accounted for a higher rate than the female patients, there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01); the mean age of the male and the female patients was no significant difference (P>0.05). The level of TC of the middle aged female patients was higher than the male's, there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05); the level of HDL-C of the middle aged female patients was higher than the male's, there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05); the level of HDL-C/LDL-C of the middle aged female patients was higher than the male's, there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Among the CHD patients, the level of TC of the two-vessel stenosis group and the multi-vessel stenosis group was higher than the one-vessel stenosis group, there was significant difference between the two-vessel stenosis group and the one-vessel stenosis group (P<0.01), there was significant difference between the multi-vessel stenosis group and the one-vessel stenosis group (P<0.01); the level of HDL-C of the two-vessel stenosis group and the multi-vessel stenosis group was lower than the one-vessel stenosis group, there was significant difference between the two-vessel stenosis group and the one-vessel stenosis group (P<0.01), there was significant difference between the multi-vessel stenosis group and the one-vessel stenosis group (P<0.01),the level of HDL-C of the multi-vessel stenosis group was lower than the two-vessel stenosis group, there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01);the level of LDL-C of the two-vessel stenosis group and the multi-vessel stenosis group was higher than the one-vessel stenosis group, there was significant difference between the two-vessel stenosis group and the one-vessel stenosis group (P<0.01), there was significant difference between the multi-vessel stenosis group and the one-vessel stenosis group (P<0.01).The level of TC of the generalized-vessel stenosis group was higher than the localized-vessel stenosis group, there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05); the level of LDL-C of the generalized-vessel stenosis group was higher than the localized-vessel stenosis group, there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05); the level of HDL-C/LDL-C of the generalized-vessel stenosis group was lower than the localized-vessel stenosis group, there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Among the Risk Factors relating to the CHD patients, for example, hypertension, diabetes, smoking and drinking, smoking was the most common factor, and then was hypertension, diabetes, drinking in order. Among the Risk Factors relating to the male CHID patients, smoking was the most common factor, and then was hypertension, diabetes, drinking in order; among the Risk Factors relating to the female CHD patients, hypertension was the most common factor, and then was diabetes, smoking, drinking in order. Conclusion:The level of TG,TC,LDL-C of the CHD group was higher than the control group; the level of HDL-C of the CHD group was lower than the control group. Among the patients of CHD, the number of the male patients was more than the number of the female's, the mean age of the female was older than the male's. The age group with the highest morbidity of both the male and the female was 50-59,;there were also many male patients between 30-39,40-49 old group; the female patients accounted for more and more at the same age group with age. There was no significant difference of the mean age between the middle aged male and female CHD patients. The level of TC of the middle aged female patients was higher than the male's, the level of HDL-C, HDL-C/LDL-C of the middle aged female patients was higher than the male's. The Blood-Lipid Disorder was more serious in the multi-vessel stenosis group and the two-vessel stenosis group than the one-vessel stenosis group. The Blood-Lipid Disorder was more serious in the generalized-vessel stenosis group than the localized-vessel stenosis group. Among the Risk Factors relating to the CHD patients, for example, hypertension, diabetes, smoking and drinking, smoking was the most common factor, and then was hypertension, diabetes, drinking in order. Among the Risk Factors relating to the male CHD patients, smoking was the most common factor, and then was hypertension, diabetes, drinking in order; among the Risk Factors relating to the female CHD patients, hypertension was the most common factor, and then was diabetes, smoking, drinking in order.
