Objective To investigate the distribution of MSA2756G,CYP2C9*3 related to disease gene and drugs therapy in the hyperlipemia and hypertension patients of Ningxia Hui population,to provide a basis for clinical treatment of personalized medicine.Methods The case-control study included 180 hyperlipemia cases and 178 hypertension cases and 200 controls.Both cases and controls were recruited from the People,s Hospital of Ningxia Autonomous Region.The average age of hyperlipemia group was 45.06±8.96 years,hypertension group was 46.06±6.90 years and the control group was 46.22±9.25 years.All participants were permanent residents of Ningxia Region.The PCR-PFLP(polymerase chain reaction-restricted fragment length polymorphism) assays were conducted to detect the genotype.To analysis the relation of the genotype with hyperlipemia and hypertension in Ningxia Hui population usingχ~2 and t test.Result Hyperlipemia group vs Control group: 1.There were three kinds of genotypes,AA,AG,GG,and two alleles of MSA2756G polymorphism were detected in Ningxia Hui population.The frequencies of allele G was 10.25% in control group and was 15.83% in hyperlipemia group,it had significant difference between control group and hyperlipemia group, (P<0.05).In male,the frequencies of allele G was 11.50% in control group and was 14.67% in hyperlipemia group,it had no significant difference between control group and hyperlipemia group, (P>0.05).In female,the frequencies of allele G was 9.00% in control group and was 17.05% in hyperlipemia group,it had significant difference between control group and hyperlipemia group, (P<0.05).2.There were two kinds of genotypes and two alleles of CYP2C9*3 polymorphism were detected in Ningxia Hui population.The frequencies of allele C was 3.00% in control group and was 3.33% in hyperlipemia group,it had no significant difference between control group and hyperlipemia group, (P>0.05).In male,the frequencies of allele C was 3.50% in control group and was 5.98% in hyperlipemia group,it had no significant difference between control group and hyperlipemia group, (P>0.05).In female,the frequencies of allele C was 2.50% in control group and was 0.57% in hyperlipemia group,it had no significant difference between control group and hyperlipemia group, (P>0.05).In hyperlipemia group,the frequencies of allele C was 5.98% in male and was 0.57% in female,it had significant difference between male and female, (P<0.05).Hypertension group vs Control group: 1.There were three kinds of genotypes,AA,AG,GG,and two alleles of MSA2756G polymorphism were detected in Ningxia Hui population.The frequencies of allele G was 10.25% in control group and was 14.04% in hypertension group,it had no significant difference between control group and hypertension group, (P>0.05).In male,the frequencies of allele G was 11.50% in control group and was 8.79% in hypertension group,it had no significant difference between control group and hypertension group, (P>0.05).In female,the frequencies of allele G was 9.00% in control group and was 19.54% in hypertension group,it had significant difference between control group and hypertension group, (P<0.05).In female,the frequencies of allele G was 9.00% in control group and was 19.54% in hypertension group,it had significant difference between control group and hypertension group, (P<0.05).In hypertension group, allele G was 8.79% in male and 19.54% in female, it had significant difference between male and female, (P<0.05).2.There were two kinds of genotypes and two alleles of CYP2C9*3 polymorphism were detected in Ningxia Hui population.The frequencies of allele C was 3.00% in control group and was 3.37% in hypertension group,it had no significant difference between control group and hypertension group, (P>0.05).In male,the frequencies of allele C was 3.50% in control group and was 4.40% in hypertension group,it had no significant difference between control group and hypertension group, (P>0.05).In female,the frequencies of allele C was 2.50% in control group and was 2.30% in hypertension group,it had no significant difference between control group and hypertension group, (P>0.05).Conclusions 1.The allele G of MSA2756G was an risk for hyperlipemia in Ningxia Hui population.Women who carried the allele G were greater risk for hyperlipemia. 2. The allele G of MSA2756G was an risk for hypertension in the women of Ningxia Hui population,but it nothing to do with the men. 3.The men with hyperlipemia and allele C of CYP2C9*3 who taking statins in the treatment may need more individualized dosing in Ningxia Hui population.
