The interaction between serum albumin and bio-active molecular has attracted great interests among researehers since several decades.The drug-protein has important effeet on the distribution,free concentration and the metabolism of drugs in the bloodstream.Therefore,studies on the binding of drug molecular with protein will facilitate interpretation of the metabolism and transport process of drugs,and will help to explain relationship between structures and functions of proteins.The work in this paper mainly concerns about the interaetion between several Chinese herbal bio-active components and Bovine Serum Albumin(BSA).Trans-resveratrol and the flavonoids were selected to study the strueture-affinity relationship and the effect of metalion on the interaction between Chinese herb bio-active components and BSA.The paper were performed on the four parts as such follow:The first chapter is introduction,in this chapter,I briefly introduce the development at home and abroad and I also introduce research objects, research contents, research significance, research method, research means.I find a few shortcomings in the research process.I clarify the basis of doing the research. The second chapter is using fluorescent spectroscopic method to study the interaction of small-molecule and BSA under 25℃and 37℃conditions.In these two temperatureclose to the body of ph,we found interaction between small-molecular drug and BSA,leading to the smaller peak.By computing,we got combining constant KA, the numbers of Combination position and the kind of the forces under 25℃and 37℃.The third chapter is using ultraviolet spectroscopic method to study the interaction of small-molecule and BSA under 20℃conditions.Using Ultraviolet spectroscopic method to study the interaction of small-molecule and BSA under 20℃conditions,we found the intensity of absorption of BSA at 280nm enhanced as the concentration of small-molecular drugs increases,and the absorted peak moves to purple.And the intensity of absorption of BSA at 230nm enhanced as the concentration of smallmolecular drugs increases,but the absorted peak moves to red.The fourth chapter is Using FT-IR spectroscopic method to study the interaction of small-molecule andBSA under 20℃conditions.We found the complex structures of small-molecular and BSA appears a new infrared absorption 1072.8cm-1,also, amide I of the BSA at 1656..8cm-1moves to 1653.7cm-1, amide II of the BSA at 1539.2cm-1move to 1542.5 cm-1,amide III of the BSA at 1542.5cm-1move to 1245.1cm-1.Except the changes of the three amides, the absorpted peak 1449.6cm-1moves red to 1451.1cm-1,1395.5cm-1moves to 1396.1cm-1...
