Objective:To observe effecacy of different drugs by intravesical retrograde instillation in the prevention of catheter related bladde diseomfort(CRBD) at analepsia stage and 12 hours after surgery in general anesthesia patients.Method:A total 72 of patients(ASA1~2, male) not with urinary surgery who were undergone neurosurgery and cardiothoracic surgery in general anesthesia were enrolled in this study, and were randomly divided into four groups (18 per group). Group A recieved Penehyelidine hydrochloride(0.005%,21ml). Group B recieved lidocaine (2%,20ml)+Penehyelidine hydrochloride (1mg). Group L recieved lidocaine (2%,21ml). Group N recieved normal saline (21ml). Earlier 30min before the surgerg finished we inject some group drug into urethral and soon clamp the catheter using a clip. When patients'Ramsay score equal 2 we loosen the clip and record the CRBD score at the same time. The CRBD was assessed at analepsia stage and at 1st,2nd,6th and 12th hour after surgery. And side reactions were paid attention to.Results: 1.CRBD score in Group A, Group B and Group L were statistically different from Group N (P<0.05) at analepsia stage; CRBD score in Group A and Group B were statistically different from Group N (P<0.05) at 1st,2nd,6th and 12th hour after surgery. CRBD score in Group L were no difference from Group N (P>0.05) at 1st,2nd,6th and 12th hour after surgery.2. CRBD score in Group A and Group B were statistically different from Group L (P<0.05) at every time point.3. CRBD score between Group A and Group B were no difference (P>0.05) at every time point. Conclusion:Penehyelidine hydrochloride, lidocaine and two drugs combination can reduce CRBD, and Penehyelidine hydrochlorid alone and two drugs combination can work better. There are no severe side reactiongs such as dry mouth and cardiovascular disease.
