Objective To study the prevention of Contrast Media Induced Acute Renal Function Damage using short-term about different doses rosuvastatin in patients undergoing coronary angiography (CAG) or coronary angiography (CAG) and percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) . And offer the evidences for prevention and cure Contrast Media Induced Acute Renal Function Damage for clinica. Methods 72 patients who underwent coronary angiography or percutaneous coronary intervention in the affiliated hospital of Ningxia Medical University from April, 2010 to September, 2008 were collected,and divided into two groups of receive rosuvastatin (n=46) and no rosuvastatin (n=26),according to the random。The patients of control group received no any lipid-lowering drugs. Then,the group of receive rosuvastatin was diveded into two groups of receive 10 mg of rosuvastatin (group A,n=20) and receive 20 mg of rosuvastatin (group B,n=26) .The patients of group A received rosuvastatin in 10 mg at night two to three days before coronary angiography or percutaneous coronary intervention. The patients of group B received rosuvastatin in 20 mg at night two to three days before coronary angiography or percutaneous coronary intervention.To boserve the changes of Scr, BUN, mALB, hsCRP, Ccr,GFR before and after 1 day and 2 day of procedure.Results (1) Compared the two group of receive rosuvastatin and no rosuvastatin:There was no significant change in Scr,BUN,GFR,Ccr levels compared after one day and two day of procedure between two groups (P>0.05) .But the level of Scr is higher after one day and two day of procedure than before in control group.And the level of Scr is lower after one day and two day of procedure than before in the group of receive rosuvastatin;The level of GFR is lower after one day of procedure than before,and back to before after two day of procedure.But the level of GFR in the group of receive rosuvastatin is higher after one day of procedure than before,and lower in second day,but still higher than before.The level of mALB and hsCRP were lower than the control group in one day after procedure (P<0.01) ,and the level of hsCRP in two day after procedure still fall down(P<0.01).But there was no significant change in mALB level compared in two day of procedure between two groups (P>0.05) . (2) Baseline demographics and clinical characteristics were similar between the A and B groups,with no significant differences observed (P>0.05) . And there was no significant change in level of Scr ,BUN,GFR,mALB,hsCRP between two groups (P>0.05) .But the tendency of improve the protect renal function and prevention of CIN in group B is better than in group A.Conclusion (1) Using short-term rosuvastatin decrease the level of hsCRP and mALB induced by contrast, reveal rosuvastatin could protect renal function and prevention of CIN in clinical practice. (2) We must chose more saitivity marker in acute renal function damage,because the level of Scr and the level of GFR,Ccr can not reflect the condition of acute renal function damage actively. (3) Using short-term rosuvastatin in 20 mg could protect renal function and prevention of CIN in clinical practice than using rosuvastatin in 10 mg.
