| Objective:A randomized,controlled study was used in this clinical study,Shen Qi Yang Xin Decoction combined with conventional Western Medicine was used to treat patients with coronary heart disease with stable angina pectoris(Obstruction of Qi deficiency and Blood stasis Type),To observe the clinical efficacy of Shen Qi Yang Xin Decoction combined with conventional Western Medicine in thetreatment of stable angina pectoris(Obstruction of Qi deficiency and Blood stasis Type),It provides a clinical ideas and formulas for the prevention treatment of stable angina pectoris.Methods:66 outpatients and inpatients were selected from the emergency department and cardiology clinic of the affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2018 to January2020,The patients who meet the inclusion criteria are the subjects of this clinical study.According to the random number table method,patients were randomly divided into the control group(n=33)and the treatment group(n=33),During the whole treatment process,1 case was excluded from the treatment group,1 case fell off from the control group,and finally there were 32 cases in each of the two groups.The control group received conventional western medicine treatment,and the treatmentgroup was combined with shenqi yangxin decoction on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment(Ginseng slice9 g Zhihuangqi30g Danshen30 g Chuanxiong 15 g Sanqifen 5g peach kernel 10 g safflower 10 g Fulin 15 g One 120 ml oral dose three times a day,with a course of treatment of 4 weeks(28 days)).After 4 weeks of treatment,the efficacy of TCM symptoms,TCM symptom score,nitroglycerin stopping rate,angina pectoris score,ecg,lipid profile,safety index and adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups.All the Data was analysised by the SPSS26.0 software,and the efficacy and safety indexes of the two groups were compared and analyzed,and Draw the corresponding conclusion.Results:1)TCM symptom scores: After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the treatment group and the control group were compared,and P < 0.05 was statistically significant.The comparison between the two groups was statistically significant at P < 0.05.2)TCM syndrome effect:After treatment,the total effective rate of TCM symptoms in the treatment group was 90.62%,and that in the control group was 71.9%.Statistical analysis showed that P < 0.05 was statistically significant.3)Stopping rate of nitroglycerin: after treatment,the rate of stopping was84.4% in the treatment group and 65.6% in the control group(P < 0.05),which was statistically significant.4)Angina pectoris score: the score of TCM symptoms after treatment was compared between the two groups of subjects.The comparison within the group was P < 0.05,which was statistically significant.There was significant between the treatment group and the control group(P <0.05).5)Ecg: after treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was65.5%.The total effective rate of the control group was 50%,with no significant difference(p > 0.05).6)Blood lipid: after treatment,there was a decrease in blood lipid:triglycerides,cholesterol and LDL in both groups,and the comparison between the two groups showed that P < 0.05,indicating statistical significance.7)Safety analysis: no serious adverse events occurred during the treatment in both groups.Conclusion:1.Shen Qi Yang Xin Decoction combined with conventional Western Medicine And conventional western medicine can reduce TCM syndrome score,angina pectoris score,reduce nitroglycerin usage,improve electrocardiogram,and reduce blood lipid level.However,shenqi YangxinDecoction combined with conventional western medicine was superior to conventional western medicine in reducing TCM syndrome score,angina pectoris score,nitroglycerin usage and blood lipid level.2.Shen Qi Yang Xin Decoction combined with conventional Western Medicine has good safety performance,no obvious toxic and side effects,remarkable curative effect,wide application market,and is worth popularizing. |
