The higher concentration of cisplatin and SP-4-84(6μl) induced the highest rate of apoptosis,the difference was significant compared with group of single cisplatin and the group of cisplatin and the lower concentration of SP-4-84(3μl) (P<0.01);3.By qualitative and quantitative analysis of immunofluorescence images,the expressions of Survivin and Bcl-2 were down-regulated by SP-4-84.Conclusions1.SP-4-84 can enhance chemotherapeutic sensitization for hunman liver carcinoma cell lines HepG2 when combined with cisplatin;2.SP-4-84 inhibit the expressions of apoptosis-associated gene proteins:Survivin and Bcl-2. | Keywords/Search Tags: | primaryliver carcinoma, cisplatin, imidazolines, chemotherapy sensitization, HepG2 cell lines | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
