Study On Therapeutic Efficiency Of Lymphedema After Surgery Of Breast Cancer By Air Pressure Circulation Therapeutic Instrument

Breast cancer is ordinarily one of malignant tumors threaten health of wemen in the world. In generaly, Principal methed is removeing cancer from breast by surgery .It is very trouble for long time that Complication of lymphedema with axillary lymph node dissection for surgery doctors and patients. Oral drugs such as BenzopyroneS, may be reducing size of upper limb after surgery six mouth,due to too slow recovery, oral drugs must be a adjuvant therapy with phisiotherapy. Treatment by pressure of air circulation is complex physical therapy to improve circulation of lymph and vein blood being diposited; upgrade arterial perfusion; promote circulation of blood in part of the disease; accelerate absorption of exudate and eliminate hydroncus. It dose retrieve deficiency of oral drugs and ordinary treatment.Purpose: To observe time and degree of lymphedema after surgery treatment of breast cancer by method of pressure of air circulation assisted oral drugs and ordinary method and to compare the method with contrat groups. And to observe statistics defrences of further recovery time and degree of founctions of upper limb by comparing with date of group which is unprevented treatment.Method: The objects were tested that they are patients who are had breast cancer and treated in the time january 1 2010 to january 31 2010 by extirpate surgical treatment in the breast surgical department in the second hospital of jilin university. And they are randomized into pressure of air circulation, oral drugs and ordinary groups. They are resipectively treated by ordinary method, in the same time by pressure of air circulation or oral drugs.then follow up visit, colect date, analysis in statistics.Result: The wrong side and the good side of Upper limb circumference in three groups are change along with the time, and the effect of time is different in the three types of therapy. The difference circumference between the wrong side and the good side of Upper arm has statistical significance in the twelfth day, the first month, the third month and the sixth month,P<0.05). In the first month to the third month ,the curative effect of group air is better than group drugs and better than the control group. The difference circumference between the wrong side and the good side of front of the upper arm has statistical significance in the 12th day to the 6thmonth(P<0.05).During the 1st month to the 6th month , the curative effect of group air is better than group drugs and better than the control group. There has statistical significance of the back of the hand between the group of the air pressure circulation therapeutic instrument and the group of medicinal treatment in the 14th day to the month(P<0.05)Conclusion:The circulation of lymph after the operation of breast cancer is change along with time. There are interaction effects between the type of therapy and the change of time.ressure of air circulation has better effect for treating lymphedema after surgery of breast cancer than oral drugs and ordinary treatment in the time 14 days to six months.
