Bioactive peptide is the general term for a class of peptides which are beneficial for life activity of the biological organisms and have some physiological activity or can regulate certain life activities of living organisms. The molecular mass of the peptides which have a variety of biological functions is less than 6000Da. The complicated molecular structure is the polymer between the amino Acid and protein. The shortest peptide is connected with two amino acids,and the longest one may be connected with dozens of amino acids by peptide bonds. And these peptides can be modified by glycosylation, phosphorylation, or acylation. Most of the bioactive peptides are in the non-active state in long chains of the protein, when it is hydrolysised by appropriate protease, the activity and its molecular fragments will be released.The purpose of this study is to determine the safety, peptide content and peptide molecular weight distribution and stability of the product, and further took Histopathological on the rats which were raised by the product for thirty days and took Analysis of variance with the results, on the basis did biochemical indicators and physical impact experiments towards water athletes to verify hephysiological and biochemical roles of the peptide products.In this study, gel electrophoresis, thin layer chromatography, dialysis and mass spectrometry and other detection methods were used to detect biological peptide capsule and passed the initial Pilot. the polypeptide in the capsule which peptide molecular weightwas below 5KD were more than 95% of the total protein, the molecular weight of 44% of the polypeptide were less than 3KD, the vast majority concentrated between the 0.1-1.5KD.; product stability experiments showed good stability of the polypeptide capsule, each batch of samples showed no significant change.Pathological examinationwas taken for the rats to show the "bio-active peptide capsule" had no impact on growth, hematology, blood chemistry and pathology associated Indicators with the agent dose amoun 2.0g/kg. bw 0.5g/kg.bw. The product did not contain any prohibited ingredients and the water athletes testing showed this product could release the obvious fatigue and increase physical strength and endurance.The study showed the broad market prospects of the products.
