The Effects Of Ezetimibe Combined With Fluvastatin In Cardiovascular Disease Of Lipid Lowering Therapy And The Evaluations Of Anti-inflammatory Responses

Objectives:The aim of the present study was to compare the effect of ezetimibe and fluvastatin combined with on the decrease levels of LDL-C and the effect of inhibiting inflammation of Cadiovascular Disease. Methods:A randomized single-blind study was performed on a total of 127 patients. The patients were randomly assigned to a combine treatment group (ezetimibe 10mg/d,and fluvastatin 40mg/d n=68) or fluvastatin group (fluvastatin 40mg/d n=59) . Surum total cholesterol (TC) , LDL-C, triglyceride, were measured at baseline and after 24weeks; Results:After 24 weeks, LDL-C levels reduced in the combine group(P<0. 05). The serum TG, TC had declined tendecey, there were also statistied significance compared with the hs-CRP baseline . But,the two groups had no difference in reducing the triglyceride The fluvatatin combined with significant reduction in cardiovascular events. Both the two groups had no difference in the damage of liver, and not remarkable change onRBC, PLT;.Conclusion: The CVD patients use ezetimibe combined with fluvastatin can receive the benifetions earlier than use statin only.
