| ã€Objective】To observe the clinical significance for the different subtypes of acute cerebral infarction (TOAST criteria) patients with the plasma level of hsCRP, BNP, vWf ,and for prognosis recurrence of the different subtypes of cerebral infarction patients.ã€Methods】Large artery atherosclerotic(LAA,n=50)cerebral infarction , small artery occlusive(SAO, n=50)cerebral infarction,Cardiac embolism(CE,n=50) patients by TOAST criteria, whose the plasma level of hsCRP,BNP,vWf were detected in acute. we observed and compared the different levels with these biological indicators between the subtypes of cerebral infarction to support the clinical TOAST criteria, and to observe recurrence of the subtypes of cerebral infarction patients with these different biomarkers.ã€Results】The plasma level of hsCRP,BNP were increased in LAA and CE group compare to SAO and control group, and the most significant increase in LAA group for hsCRP, while in CE group for BNP, the plasma level of vWf were increased in CE and SAO group compare to LAA and control group, and the most significant increase in CE group, these differences were statistically significant. All types of cerebral infarction patients were followed up, we find that the survival curve of recurrence was statistically significant between the high and low level of hsCRP in LAA group, but was not statistically significant between the high and low level of BNP. In CE group, the survival curve of recurrence was not statistically significant between the high and low level of hsCRP, while was statistically significant between the two groups of BNP, and was not statistically significant between the two groups of vWf.ã€Conclusions】The high level of plasma hsCRP could be contributed to classify the subtype of LAA for acute cerebral infarction patients, high levels of BNP and vWf could be assisted CE classification. The level of hsCRP can predict the recurrence for LAA, and BNP can predict the recurrence for CE in acute phase. |
