The Traditional Chinese Medicine Literature Study Of Anovulatory Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding In Modern Times

Dysfunctional uterine bleeding (DUB), is a kind of abnormal uterine ble eding caused by disordering mechanisms regulating the reproductive neuroend ocrine.There is no organic disease in internal and external genital system;Som etimes, abnormal uterine bleeding is caused by dysfunctional neuroendocrine r ather than the internal and external genital lesions. Clinical divided DUB into t wo types, they are ovulatoryand anovulatory.We focuses on anovulatory dysf unctional uterine bleeding.Anovulatory DUB is a clinically gynecologically common disease, Chin ese medicine used to deal with Anovulatory DUB has obvious advantages and good effect. We collect the main literatures in Chinese medicine which discuss the treatment of anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding.On the basis,we u se literature research and statistical methods to explore the etiology and pathog enesis, syndrome differentiation,treatment principles and drug characteristics o fanovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding.At last,we summarize drugs used to deal with anovulatory DUB frequently and methods about how to prevent a novulatoryDUB in early stage and how to cultivate in later stage. We hope to o ffer some evidence for Chinese medical treatment of anovulatory DUB andpro vide the basis for future clinical research.
