| Dysfunctional uterine bleeding(DUB) is a common disease and frequently occurring disease in department of gynecology. Anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding accounts for 70 percent to 80 percent. Anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding is a abnormal uterine bleeding disease that results from the endocrine disturbance that leads to the ovaries'ovulation mechanism disorder. And there is no structural disease in the sys and the exterior and interior generative organ.According to the symptoms, Anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding belongs to metrorrhagia and metrostaxis in TCM. Because of its multiterminal etiopathogenisis and complicated pathogenesis, and the recurrent attacks, it is troublesome to treat the anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding in the clinic, so it also is a emergency and stubborn disease.The thesis analyzes the modern literature of TCM and the recipes and herbs treating anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding recorded in them with the means of combining literature research and statistic analysis under Wang Dongmei tutor. And the thesis researched the clinical therapia rule about anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding.With the computer technology, a database of recipes and herbs was found. The thesis analyzes the modern TCM therapia rule from the view point of frequency analysis, factor analysis and collection analysis; analyzes and discusses holistically the disease's order of recipe and herbs, syndromes and treatment and order of herbs compatibility. Based on the results of literature research and statistics analysis, and in combination with the theories of TCM, the thesis re-recognizes the disease's pathogen and pathogenesis'category, clinical thoughts and order of treatment based on differentiation of symptoms and signs. Further more, the frequency of herbs was analyzed, and the thesis puts forward new thoughts of treatment of anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding based on differentiation of symptoms and signs.
