Objectives:This study investigated the health condition, health related behaviors and theirs'related factors of nurses in a grade III level hospital A in Hefei,and documented prevention intervention survey.Methods : Through cluster sampling , 240 nurses were interviewed with the questionnaire about the basic information, health condition, health related behaviors of the nurses. Data were analyzed by statistic description and statistic inference, including descriptive statistics,chi-square test, t-test etc.Results:Most of nurses are at sub-healthy condition, one year nursing ages.The symptom which have higher incidence rate in the sub-healthy condition are the anxiety (88.8%),the scatterbrained (88.3%),the bad mood(88.3%). The nurses that have chronic disease is 26.4 percent.Most of nurses keep sink, and rate is 70.4%.76.3 percent of the nurses are no-smoking,12.9 percent are no-drinking, and 25.0 percent often do some exercises, and 46.3 percent have bad sleeping condition, and 88.7 percent have done health examination in one year.The health condition prevalence rates of these who have different work time and different overtime every week have statistics significance(P<0.05);the health condition prevalence rates have statistics significance when they work in different frequency to contacts the disinfectant,ultraviolet rays and X-ray(P<0.05); Different frequency of frustration in the recent one year, the nurse health condition prevalence rates difference have statistics significance(P<0.05);Along with family support degree increase, the ?nurse health condition prevalence rates difference have statistics significance.Conclusions:Work environment,work pressure,health-related behaviors affect the sub-health of nurses.Nurses,nursing administrators and hospital administrators should he to reduce the pressure and provide effective psychological interventions to maintain nurses'mental health, then improve the quality of care.Nurses should correctly understand the work pressure and take the appropriate approach to release pressure.Balanced diet,regular physical exercise and leisure activities can effectively improve the health of nurses.Meanwhile, health education needs to be enhanced,medical management needs to be consummated, work stress needs to be alleviated.and their mental health level should be elevated;Occupational attraction should be strengthened,A three-dimension training mode of nurse should be built up.
